HOW TO LOG IN
Step 1 – If a customer needs to login to online banking they can look for `VBankWorks Online Banking` at the top left side of the Homepage. Here they must enter their `Username` and `Password` and then click `Sign In`.
Forgotten User ID/Password
Step 1 – If a user can not remember the details for logging in they should contact the bank. They can do this by telephone on 1 (800) 522-4100, they can also visit the banks `Local Branch` if they prefer to speak to someone in person.
Step 2 – It is also possible to contact the bank online by using their `Messaging Service`. Here users must enter their `Name`,` Email Address`, `Telephone Number` and their message, finally clicking `Submit`.

Step 2 – Now the user must click `Begin` at the bottom of the page.
