If a customer would like to login to their online account, they may access the home page entering their User ID and Password credentials.
HOW TO LOGIN
Step 1 – Go to www.texasstatebank.net – In the “Returning Users: Log On” box, in the upper right side of the page, enter your Username. Click “Go”
Step 2 – After submitting your username, you will be taken to a page where you will be posed a security question. Answer the question by typing your answer into the text box. Click “Submit”
Step 3 – After answering your security question, you will be guided to a secure page where you will enter your password. Click Submit” – You will then be directed to your Online Banking account page where, at your convenience, you may proceed with your online banking reviews, transactions or any type of banking you must accomplish.
Forgotten Password – If you’re unable to recall your password information, click “Forgotten Password” link either on the home page or on the password page. You will be prompted to answer some security questions. Click “Submit” – After you’ve submitted your information, you will regain access to your account and will have the ability to resume your banking activities. HOW TO ENROLL
Step 1 – When you’re prepared to enroll in online banking services, this bank will require that you first review and agree to the “Internet Banking Enrollment Form Agreement” Review the terms and conditions of the document. Once you reach the end, click “I Agree”
Step 2 – After you’ve agreed to the terms, you will be taken to the “Internet Banking Enrollment Form” page. Complete all of the required information on the enrollment form. At the end of the form type the characters from the picture into the text box as this bank requires human verification. Click “Submit”
Step 3 – Once you’ve completed all of the information on the form and it has been submitted, you will be sent an email to the email address you have on file with the bank. Be prepared to wait approximately 48 hour to receive your login information in email. When you receive your login information, you may then login to your account, 24 hours daily, 7 days per week to conduct and complete any of your banking business.
