HOW TO LOG IN
Step 1 – If a user wants to login they need to go to the bank`s Homepage and look for the login section at the top left of the page. Here they need to enter their `Access ID` and then click `Login`.
Forgotten User ID/Password
If the user can not remember any of their login details they will need to contact the bank. This is possible either by going to visit their `Bank Branch` or by calling them on 1-617-912-4248.
HOW TO ENROLL
Step 1 – If a user wants to enroll they need to go to the bank`s Homepage and scroll down until they find `Bank On The Go`. Here they need to click the link `Online Banking`.
Step 2 – The user needs to scroll down again until they find `Enroll In Online Banking` and then click on this.
Step 3 – The user is now required to complete the `Blank Fields` and then click `Submit`.
