Customers can easily access their online banking via any computer or mobile device as long as they have internet connection. Online banking is possible almost anywhere, at any time helping the customer manage their money more suited to their personal needs. Services online include banking transfers from accounts with just a few clicks or reading statements at any time. All the services customers receive in their local branch can still be accessed from an online account.
HOW TO LOG IN
Step 1 – If a user wants to login they will have to go to the bank`s Homepage and look for Online Banking` at the top left of the page. Here they need to enter their `Access iD`, `Passcode`, then select the type of banking they wish to log in to and then click on `Log In`.
Forgotten User ID/Password
Step 1 – If a user can not remember their passcode they will need to go to the bank`s Homepage and look for `Online Banking` at the top left of the page. Here they must click the link `Forgot Passcode`.
Step 2 – Next the user must enter their `Access ID`, `Tax ID/Social Security Number`and `Account Number`. Then they must click `Submit`.
If a user can not remember their access ID they must contact the bank either by telephone calling 1 (512) 693-3600 or by visiting their `Local Branch`.
HOW TO ENROLL
Step 2 – Next the user must check the box to say they understand the bank`s terms and conditions and then click `I Agree`.
Step 3 – Now the user must complete the `Blank Fields` and then click `Continue`.
