Step 2 – Next the user is required to enter their `Access ID`, Last Four Digits Of Social Security Number/Tax ID` and `Email Address. Then they should click on `Submit`.
If users are not able to remember their access ID they should contact the bank either by telephone on 1 (800) 445-5745 or by going to their `Local Branch`.
