HOW TO LOG IN
Step 1 – If a customer wants to log in to their account they need to go to the bank´s Homepage and click on ´Login´ at the top right of the screen. The ´Online Banking´ facility will appear and then the user must enter their ´User ID´ and ´Password´ and then click ´Login´.
Forgotten User ID/Password
Step 1 – If a customer can not remember their password they need to go to the bank´s homepage and click on ´Login´ at the top right of the screen. ´Online Banking´ will appear and below this the user must click the link ´Forget Your Password? ´.
Step 2 – Next the user must enter their ´User ID´ and click ´Submit´.
Step 3 – If a user can not remember their username they can contact the bank either by telephone on 1 (805) 965-5942 or by visiting their ´Local Branch´.
HOW TO ENROLL
Step 1 – If a customer wants to start banking online they need to go to the bank´s Homepage and click on ´Login´ at the top right of the screen. Then the user needs to click the link ´Register´ which is below ´Online Banking´.
Step 2 – Now the user must complete the ´Blank Fields´ and then click ´Submit Enrollment´.
