HOW TO LOG IN
Step 1 – To obtain access to the online account the user must go to the bank´s Homepage where they need to look for ´Internet Banking´ towards the top left of the page. Here they must enter their ´Access ID´, ´Passcode´ and then click ´Login´.
Forgotten User ID/Password
Step 1 – If a user can not remember their passcode they should look for ´Internet Banking´ at the top left of the bank´s homepage where just below this they can click the link ´Forgot Passcode´.
Step 2 – Next the user must enter their ´Access ID´, Tax ID/Social Security Number´ and ´Account Number. Then they should click ´Submit´.
If the user can not remember their Access ID they can contact the bank by telephone on 1 (877) 473-1888. If the customer prefers they can visit the bank´s ´Local Branch´and speak to someone in person.

Step 1 – To start banking online the customer needs to enroll. They should go to the bank´s homepage and look for ´Internet Banking´ where below this is the link ´Personal Enroll´. They should click on this.
Step 2 – The user is directed to the bank´s terms and conditions where they must check the box and then click ´I Agree´.
Step 3 – The last page requires the completion of the ´Blank Fields´and then to click ´Continue´.
