American Bank of Commerce provide internet banking for any existing account holders which is easily accessed via any mobile technology with supporting operating systems such as a tablet or smartphone or with any computer. All the services available from the local branch can be found online as well as some improvements like receiving and paying bills online by way of ´E-Bills´ or having access to statements instantly where ever there is an internet connection. Other features of online banking include being able to save the images of checks digitally and being able to transfer money between accounts with just a few clicks.
HOW TO LOG IN
Step 1 – To login to their online banking users must go to the banks Homepage and click on ´Log In´ at the top right of the screen. A drop down login facility will appear at the top right of the screen and the user must enter their ´Login ID´ and ´Password´, then click ´Submit´.
Forgotten User ID/Password
Step 1 – If a user forgets or can not remember their password they should click ´Log In´ at the top right of the homepage. A login facility will appear at the top right of the screen where they must check the box ´Forgot Password´, then enter their ´Login ID´ and then click ´Submit´.
Step 2 – If a user can not remember any of their login details they should contact the bank directly by telephone on 1 (888) 902-2552 or visit one of their many Branches to speak to someone personally about this.
HOW TO ENROLL
Step 1 – To enroll in online banking the customer should go to the bank´s homepage and click the link ´Log In´ at the top right of the screen. The user should then check the box ´Enroll´ which will appear in the top right of the homepage.
Step 2 – The next page asks the user to review the bank´s terms and conditions and then click ´I Agree´ to continue.
Step 3 – On this page the user must complete their ´Primary Account Number´, ´Social Security Number´ and ´Date Of Birth´ and then click ´Continue´.
