Alliance Bank offers its services online to existing account holders. These services are easily accessible via the internet through any computer or mobile device like a smartphone or tablet. The usual banking services provided by the bank´s branches are all available online now with additional features like ´E-bills which arrive to your online account electronically or like the ability to digitally save the images of the checks you use for later reference.
HOW TO LOG IN
Step 1 – Logging in is done by going to the bank´s Homepage and clicking on the type of account they wish to log in to from the drop down menu ´Select´ which s beneath ´Online Banking´ at the top left of the page.
Step 2 – The second page to appear will require the user to enter their ´Username´ and then click ´Login´.
Forgotten User ID/Password
Step 1 – If a customer wants to retrieve their lost login details they must click on the type of account they wish from the drop down menu ´Select´ below ´Online Banking´ at the top left of the page.
Step 2 – The second page will show a link ´Forgot Username/Password´ and the use must click on this.
Step 3 – A method of retrieval can be selected from the drop down menu ´Please Select´.
Step 4 – If for example the user wishes to use their debit/credit card for retrieval the next page will require them to enter their ´Debit/Credit Card Number´ and ´Debit/Credit Card Pin´ and then click ´Submit´.
HOW TO ENROLL
Step 1 -If a customer wants to enroll they must click on the type of account they wish to enroll in from the drop down menu ´Select´ below ´Online Banking´ at the top left of the page.
Step 2 – The user is directed to a second page where they must click on the link ´How To Register´ at the middle right of the page.
Step 3 – The user must scroll down to the bottom of the next page where they must click on the method of enrollment they wish to use. Either ´By Phone´ or ´Online´ or ´Face To Face´.
Step 4 – For example the online registration form will appear if the user wishes to enroll by licking ´Online´. Users arrive at the next page where they must complete the ´Blank Fields´ and then click ´Submit´.
